Inside the Concrete House, Loft-Style Residence in the California desert

The famous Concrete House, designed by architect Charles Martin, has had its interiors revealed. Located 20 minutes from the Palm Desert, California, the loft-style residence has 1345 ft² (125 m²) of living space, featuring 5-meter-high ceilings, wooden beam trusses, polished concrete floors, and impressive 6m x 3m windows that frame the desert landscape.

Built in cast-in-place concrete, with thermally insulated walls, energy-efficient glazing, and a Tesla solar system. The underground garage is 1560 ft² (145 m²) and includes a workshop.

The interiors feature only one bedroom and one bathroom. The dining room has a table for eight people, and the living room has large windows overlooking the landscape.
