The American real estate market is full of superlatives. The most recent of these is the apartment considered the tallest in the world, located in front of Central Park, which has just been put up for sale.
According to information from the Wall Street Journal, the triplex penthouse has hit the market for US$250 million. The 1,625 m² property is located at the top of the tallest residential building in the world, the Central Park Tower, which boasts an impressive 470 meters in height and 131 floors. It is no coincidence that the region is known as the “Billionaires' Row”.
